Remineralization for Nutrient Dense Crops
Presenter: Daniel Kitteredge, The Real Food Campaign, Barre, MA.
Crop DNA has the potential to produce highly vital and nutritious sustenance, but can only do so if it has healthy soil to grow in. Maximizing the nutritive quality of our crops along with yield and vitality are only possible when the biological system is understood and intelligently managed. Our presenter will discuss remineralization, paramagnetism, macronutrients balancing via Ream’s biological theory of ionization, and brix in the process of maximizing yield, nutrient density, and shelf life, and minimizing weeds, pest and disease pressures. Daniel Kittredge has farmed organically for 20+ years, is the Director of the Real Food Campaign, and is past Executive Director of Remineralize the Earth.
